Not A Shopaholic

We just came from the Taiwanese Shops in the Cogon Area here in our City ( Cagayan de Oro City). I was able to buy 2 cheap pairs of shoes for my li’l boy. We only get spend 240 pesos for both pairs of shoes!! It’s actually just imitation products of Crocs and Adidas Shoes but I don’t mind letting him wear imitation stuff since the original shoes would be too expensive for us.

There are actually a lot of things that you can buy at the Taiwanese shops. We’ll surely go back there again to buy more stuff for us.

I’ve just seen a brochure from one of the local computer shops here in Cagayan de Oro and I could easily compare the prices from here and Malaysia.

I think computers and netbooks in Malaysia are really much cheaper compared here. Our friend just bought a Dell mininote ( 250 GB memory) including a lot of freebies like headset, thumbdrive, netbook cooler, case and etc for only 1,299 RM. While the notebooks here in the Philippines are usually priced at 20,000 pesos and above ( 1,700 RM).

And if ever you plan to buy computers and netbooks in Malaysia, you must check out the Low Yat Plaza at Bukit Bintang area for the cheapest deals on netbooks, computer, industrial computer, accessories and etc.

We truly thank God for His great favor! As mentioned earlier, my Hubby won the major prize of a contest and one of his prizes was a 200 Malaysia Ringgit Voucher at any Watson Stores.

So last night we all went to Watsons for our free shopping spree! We don’t normally shop at Watsons so yesterday was our first time to buy 200 Ringgit worth of toiletries and beauty stuff.

So, we all bought things that we normally don’t buy ( due to budget restraints) like stuff to pamper or beautify ourselves. Hehe!

Too bad they don’t sell equipment such as hair dryers, hand dryers or hair straighteners because it would be nice to have one of those. But then, we are already so happy and more than contented of what we bought for FREE! Thank you Lord!
