Driving to Carrefour

Nope, I haven’t driven the car to Carrefour by myself yet but that is supposed to be one of my New Year’s resolution. :) Before the New Year took place, I have planned to have a week straight driving practice with Hubby during the month of January. But guess what, it’s already the end of January and I haven’t done even a single practice driving yet.

Actually, I’m not that excited to drive. Yes, there are really a lot of advantages when I can drive the car, like I can go shopping or mall hopping on my own. But then, somehow I still want to retain my status of  being a worry-free passenger. LOL! Yeah, it’s really less stressful when you just sit  in the car, relax and watch the view around you. But as they said, the more practice I have, the more confident I will be and therefore lesser stress when driving . Hmmm..

Anyways, maybe tomorrow or a few days from now, I will offer to drive the car to Carrefour. But, I must make sure that I offer to drive during the day because the  I’m not confident to drive at night, unless I’ll have those custom headlights in which I can clearly  see everything around me.

Mini Shopping In Malaysia

My Hubby is going to the Thai-Malaysian border tomorrow to do some transactions. And since he’s going to Malaysia, I already gave him a list of things to buy from there. The list mainly consist of things that can be found here in Thailand.. the difference? Of course, the price!! Some things are really cheaper there in Malaysia than here in Thailand ( and vice versa).

Do you want to take a peek of what’s in my list?

- Dryper’s Diapers

- Fernleaf Milk

- Van Houten or Cadbury’s chocolates

- Chicken Nuggets

- etc.

Home Pro Thailand

Home Pro  is one of the places where you can buy furniture, hardware,  home improvement and construction materials at the comfort of an air conditioned mall. Their shops are usually  big and with very nice expensive items. We seldom visit this shop because we always thought of it as pricey but at one time we just went around window shopping and found quite a lot of items very affordable. We actually bought some items here before like our carpets, pillows, rugs , paints and etc as they were at a very good price since it was on sale.

We are now eyeing on one of their lamps. We’re hoping to buy that lamp next month if it’s still on sale. We will have to check on their blinds too since we need to put one in our dining area.
