I’ve noticed that since limiting my intake of processed food and increasing my intake of fruits and vegetables, my skin has become clearer. I’ve been having problems with my skin since my adolescent skin and I usually start with a beauty regimen, start seeing some improvements, then I get lazy and completely forget about it. I only remember to start my beauty routine again once I notice acne invading my face again. LOL!
Now, I’m just so motivated with the ‘healthy’ thing I’ve started and I need to cut off more unhealthy stuff from my diet and increase my fruits and vegetables. If I continue to do this, I’m sure this would be the best natural acne treatment .
