I was reading some articles on fitness and weight loss and found out that there are some health supplements that can aid to weight loss and over all health like Psyllium husks, L-carnitine, Fish oil, omega 3, and all the others. The importance of taking multi vitamins has also been emphasized. I was not a fan of multi vitamins because the last time I regularly took some, I gained weight. I guess, I have to choose the best one for me though.
