Not A Shopaholic

I love to reminisce my childhood years when I used to go with my father for hunting ‘expeditions’. He allowed me to go with him and his hunter friends on the mountain, in the campsites and in the ‘jungle’. It was always fun going with them and the fact that I’m not the only kid tagging along with them since my father’s friends also bring their kids with them.

How I wish that I too could create the same experience for my kids. I’m sure they too would want to experience hunting in the mountaintops and having to sleep in the tent at night. It’ll be nice if we could save up and start investing on tents, camping gadgets and even hunter boots for me, hubby and kids. I’ve heard that hunter wellington boots are very popular. I hope that these hunter wellies would e affordable for us.

My friends and I were chatting and planning our Mommy Holiday for next year. So, I searched through the photos and reviews of the hotel we were planning to stay in. After that, I lingered on all the other sites and probable places that my family and I could go on a holiday too. No, we actually don’t have holiday plans for now. We had one last May and that was because we just received a great blessing and thought of giving ourselves a holiday.

Anyways, I just can’t help but dream of another holiday with my family. It doesn’t have to be grand. A weekend stay somewhere nice will do. I just feel I need a break these days. Praying this dream of mine will soon come true.
