Not A Shopaholic

Time really flies….. September is almost nearing its end and then it’ll be October. We have a number of celebration for October. The 1st is my nephew’s birthday, the 8th is my mom’s and the 15th is  my son’s birthday.

We were thinking to hold my son’s birthday party in the Philippines so he can experience a Jollibee party but then, it’ll be too lonely if we don’t do anything on his real birthday right? So, we thought of sponsoring the snacks for the kid’s Sunday school and maybe he can blow and cut his cake that time. I’ll sure the kids will like it. We thinking of giving birthday party invitations to our neighbours too so they can experience being in a Sunday school.

I think I’m giving up with my old Sanyo camera. It just doesn’t give me quality photos now. The photos are quite dark and the texture is ‘grainy’. I’ve also come to a point in which I got so frustrated with my camera that I simply stopped taking photos.

But I also feel so ‘guilty’ to call myself a blogger and yet not take pictures any pictures. So, I thought of a solution and borrowed our center’s camera. We got an olympus cameras and I heard are good too. I still haven’t explored this camera but I will surely take more photos from now on.

I just saw the Facebook page for the Big, Bad Wolf Book Sale. Seeing ad for this great event makes me want to be in Malaysia from the 7th-16th of October this year. Oh, I don’t know why I love to hoard books these days when I barely even have the time to read. I have more than 5 books in queue for me to read and it’s like I’m taking forever to finish the book that I’m reading right now…
