Not A Shopaholic

To all homeschooling moms ( and dads) out there, check out the Old Schoolhouse Store for their great bargains! I just purchased a 1$ ebook and guess what I got as gifts? More ebooks and a book worth 17$ for free!

Yeah, I just finished downloading all my free ebooks and they will be now in my waiting list of things to read or to print. )

Now, I’m waiting and hoping the Book Depository will also have a Black Friday sale..  :)

I miss our almost weekly date nights with Hubby. We were a bit busy the past weeks and so, is our cousin who offers to take care of our kids whenever we go on a date. I’m not so sure if Hubby and I could go on our free dating nights in the next few weeks but I’m pretty sure we will be able to do this once we are in the Philippines for a visit. Yes, we will surely go for movies and of course, dine in a few of our favorite restaurants in the city.

I’ve always wanted to have a hotel-like room or even just like a hotel-like bed. I was serious with doing this at one time and I know that one way of achieving this kind of ‘ambience’ is by buying matching fine linens for blanket covers, comforters and etc. So, I checked these at Home Pro but I was taken aback with the cost of these comforters. Those were not even quality brands like ann gish but they were just too expensive. So, after that window shopping experience, that was the end of my dream of having a  hotel-like room and just got contented with our colorful bedsheets that got easily faded after a few washes.
