My Galaxy Y!

2012
04.02

Finally, my Galaxy Y that has been sent all the way from the Philippines is finally on my hands.. I could hardly contain my excitement. I was able to touch it and tinker it.. but wait! Why doesn’t it work when I put in my Thai Sim card?? .. After looking at the contents inside the box, it was only then that I found out that the phone is locked to a certain mobile service provider. Argghh!! So that means, I couldn’t fully utilize my ‘hi-tech’ phone until I send it to the shop to be unlocked! I was a bit disappointed, but at least I was already able to browse through a few of the applications and even installed a couple of games for my kids. I’m so thankful for this blessing! Thank God for the one who blessed me with this hi-tech phone after using a ‘flashlight’ phone for almost 4 years!

Tomorrow, I will be able to get my ‘unlocked’ phone from the shop and hopefully I can fully enjoy all its features and apps! Exciting!

The Small Guitar

Everytime we go to Big C Extra, we always get attracted to this small guitar shop on the second floor. The man mostly sells acoustic guitars and not much Electric Guitar Packs  but while we’re their our eyes are always drawn to the small and handy guitars. I always think that it’ll be nice to have this smaller acoustic guitar that we can bring anywhere, but then I’m not really a skilled guitarist so, it’ll be a waste buying one. Maybe I’ll wait until my kids are bigger and they can play the guitar on their own too.

Another Visit to the New Siam Nakarin

We visited the new Siam Nakarin again last weekend. This time there were more shops in the complex and the Siam Nakarin shop inside was already opened too. I love to see how everything is in perfect order in their new shop now. I could just remember the old shop where everything seemed so out of place. They also had this unique floor plan that makes you feel you’re in the labyrinth. I’m not kidding! One section will be the pen section and after following the ‘flow’ of the floor plan, you have to go a big round, pass by the house plaques section, sport section, office supplies to get go to the cashier section when it reality it’s just in front of the pen section.

Maybe, they just really had space constraints at the old building that’s why it was like that and maybe that’s also the reason for them to build a bigger and better shop. Thankfully they did and I will surely shop there when it’s time for us to buy our school supplies and craft materials.
